特邀嘉宾：世界著名二胡音乐大师陈洁冰
陈洁冰5岁开始学习二胡，9岁考入海军文工团踏上了专业演奏的道路。1980年考入上海音乐学院，1982年在中国文化部“全国民族器乐比赛”中赢得优秀演奏一等奖。1985至1987年代表中国在澳洲、亚洲和欧洲等地交流演出，被誉为”Marvelous Strings”。1987年获“国家一级表演艺术员”称号。1988年她的个人二胡独奏音乐会开创了西方交响乐为二胡伴奏的先例。1989年她获全额奖学金赴纽约州立大学水牛城分校深造并获音乐理论硕士。陈洁冰致力于中国民乐的创新和发展, 与诸多美国著名交响乐团及音乐团体合作，在各类国际音乐节和演出中展现二胡的独特魅力。她充满感染力的舞台表现深受美国民众喜爱, 被誉为“Spirits on two strings”(两根弦上的交响)。1997年陈洁冰荣获葛莱梅奖(Grammy Awards)世界之最音乐唱片提名, 成为首位获此殊荣的中国乐器演奏家。2025年陈洁冰被华美协进社（China Institute）授予“杰出华裔女性”奖。她的作品向世界展示了多元文化在音乐中融合铸造出的卓越, 在国际上广受赞誉。她让世界了解二胡，让中国民乐登上国际舞台, 是华人的骄傲。
This one-of-a-kind concert offers a precious chance to witness a world-class musician: Erhu Maestro Jiebing Chen. Jiebing is one of the foremost Erhu virtuosos in the world. She was the first to bring Erhu into the symphonic concert hall. She was the first artist of Chinese instrument nominated for Grammy Best World Music Album.
Jiebing began performing at age 5 and was admitted to Chinese Navy Orchestra at age 9. She was the youngest performer to be named National First Rank Performing Artist, the highest honor of the Chinese government award to artists. Jiebing graduated with top honor from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. She was praised as “Marvelous Strings” as she performed across the world since 1985. She went to the State University of New York in Buffalo in 1989 and got her master degree in music theory with full scholarship. She collaborated with many renowned American symphony orchestras and music ensembles, revealing the unique charm of Erhu on professional stages and international music festivals. Her captivating performance won the hearts of American audiences, earning her the title of “Spirits on Two Strings“. In 1997 she was nominated for Grammy Award for Best Global Music Album for her jazz improvisations with two other artists. In 2025 she was awarded “Outstanding Asian Americans” by China Institute. Her extraordinary works have demonstrated the power and beauty of interconnecting different cultures in music on the international stage. She is highly praised for her innovative integration of traditional Chinese music with diversified styles across regional and cultural boundaries.
