Swing Dance at the Inklings Coffee Back Room
On Friday, July 26, Inklings Coffee will will throw open the doors for an all- ages and all-abilities, swing and lindy hop dance. Doors open at 6 pm. At 6:30 pm there will be a swing dance lesson and shortly after, the Death and Taxes Swing band takes the stage with live, danceable music until 8 pm.
The Death and Taxes Swing Band is a unique group made up of seasoned professionals and talented local college students playing the greatest swing hits of the 40’s, with a few 90’s swing revival songs – all at a danceable tempo and a comfortable volume level.
Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door. Pre-bought tickets preferred.
