2023 Vine to Wine

Bay Area’s largest wine & food event showcasing Santa Clara Valley wineries.

The 3rd Annual Vine to Wine event, returns November 4th!

This event celebrates the end of Harvest and is where local wineries and wine makers are highlighted at the historical and gorgeous Mountain Winery in Saratoga. This venue provides stunning views overlooking the Bay Area and sets the stage for delighting the senses.

We’re excited to share that Master Sommelier, Evan Goldstein will be leading the VIP session. This session will last approximately 1.5 hours and will include a tasting six wines, discussions about the region and his background and a graze box for all attendees.

We’ll have 20+ wineries pouring, a variety of 10 passed gourmet bites, a bubbly and dessert wine bar, live music and a marketplace to shop for barrel furniture, wine related décor and other crafts.

CHECK IN TIME:

VIP guests can check in at 1pm and head upstairs to the Outlook building for the VIP reserve tasting with Master Sommelier, Evan Goldstein.

Grand Tasting guests can check in at 2:30 pm. Gates open at 3 pm

Once you enter, you can pick up your glass, plate, fork and begin tasting & sampling.

Water stations will be available throughout the venue.

We welcome Master Sommelier, Evan Goldstein as our VIP speaker. Evan will lead the VIP session, tasting the six top wines he personally chose from the Santa Clara Valley wines submitted.

– One of just 269 Master Sommeliers worldwide

– Passed the the prestigious Master Sommelier examination age 26 (youngest to do at the time)

- Founding board member for the Court of Master Sommeliers

Vine to Wine’s proceeds will benefit the Wineries of Santa Clara Valley’s non-profit association. Our mission is to raise funds to provide scholarships and grants to graduating high school seniors planning to major in Viticultural or Enology. Proceeds are also used for operations and marketing the Santa Clara Valley AVA and our wineries.

2. Assume full responsibility for adhering to CDC guidelines for your health and safety as COVID 19 Protocols remain in effect in Santa Clara County for non-vaccinated individuals. Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event.

3. Finish all alcohol and food consumption by 6pm and begin leaving the premises by 7pm. Tear down begins at 7pm.

4. Be included in our email lists. As an attendee, we will occasionally send you emails about upcoming events – including some emails from our winery members. You will have the choice to unsubscribe in each instance if you decide you no longer want to be on our email lists.

FAQs

Do I have to buy online? To guarantee admittance, we suggest purchasing now. We will have limited tickets at the door IF we haven’t reached capacity.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes, you must be 21 or over. You may be asked to provide proof of age. No children allowed due to our ABC license..

Do I need to show proof of purchase to enter? No. Just provide the name(s) your ticket was purchased under and we’ll check you off the list.

Do you have a designated driver ticket?: Yes. You can buy a designated driver ticket for VIPs and General Admission. You will be given a plate but no glass.

Can I bring my pet? Sorry, no. Leave Fido at home unless it’s a service animal.

What are my parking / transport options? Parking is free. Transportation options are:
