Join us for the Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Cupertino Library Park Field. This incredible event celebrates our planet and the importance of trees in a fun and interactive way.

The festival kicks off at 11:00 AM and promises a day full of exciting activities, educational exhibits, and community engagement. Whether you’re an environmental enthusiast, a nature lover, or simply curious about sustainability, this event is perfect for everyone.

At the Earth Day & Arbor Day Festival, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations who share a passion for preserving our environment. Discover innovative green initiatives, learn about local conservation efforts, and explore various ways to make a positive impact on our planet.

Throughout the day, there will be engaging workshops, captivating presentations, and interactive demonstrations. You can also enjoy live music performances, delicious food trucks, and a vibrant marketplace featuring eco-friendly products and services.

Tabling Partner Fees

Each tabling partner fee includes 1 table and 2 chairs in a 10’x10′ space. Additional tickets must be purchased for additional tables and chairs.

• $11.58 for non-profit tabling partners; or
• $ 64.20 for business tabling partners who are currently licensed in Cupertino; or
• $76.79 for business tabling partners not located in Cupertino (includes one-time business license).
• Additionally, anyone can add a second booth space for $11.58 fee for an additional 10’x10′ space (includes an additional table and 2 chairs)

Equipment

• Tables are 6’x30″. Unless additional spaces are purchased, all partners & vendors will receive 1 table and 2 chairs.
• Canopies / umbrellas are NOT provided. Please secure your canopy as it can be windy.
• Electrical access will NOT be provided.
