Rules:
Participants must park in designated parking spaces. At no time can cars block access roads, red zones, etc.
Fireworks, fire crackers, and sparklers are not allowed
Volume of the sound must be very low and must be turned off, if park staff deem it to be too loud.
Any lighting brought to the park should be Battery powered.
