Kokonut Kapers takes place on an island off the coast of Florida. A devestating hurricane has left the island in a disastrous condition with no money and no help in sight to keep it operational. Their clever idea to save the island is to open a high school . This idea is put in jeopardy when several crooks try to steal the island from the rightful owners, the Cawakee family.
