The County of Santa Clara LGBTQ+ Summit is dedicated to promoting equity and belonging within traditionally underrepresented work industries. Our fifth annual summit brings together LGBTQ+ professionals, allies, and advocates to explore how the LGBTQ+ community can excel and make innovative contributions across various sectors.
Every work contribution, no matter how small or unconventional, plays a part in advancing the rights and well-being of LGBTQ+ people, emphasizing the importance and validity of all forms of work and encouraging inclusion, collaboration, and the celebration of diversity within the LGBTQ+ movement. Through engaging discussions, panel sessions, and keynote speeches, summit attendees will gain valuable insights into the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in industries such as construction, food services, the arts, and more.
Join us in empowering LGBTQ+ professionals to make their mark and inspire change in the workplace. All Work is Work, and together, we can achieve LGBTQ+ excellence in any field.

REGISTRATION & WAITLIST INSTRUCTIONS
There is no cost for participation, but registration is required and each attendee must register individually. Registration will not be available on the day of the event. If this presents a challenge or you need to register on behalf of someone else, please contact [email protected] or (408)678-2900.
We have a set number of tickets available in the following categories to allow for diversity in participation**: 1) Employee at County of Santa Clara; 2) All Organizations / Community Members in Santa Clara County (if you work at any organization that is based in and/or serves Santa Clara County, or if you are a community member who lives and/or works in Santa Clara County); 3) LGBTQ+ Service Provider and CBO Network Members (email for access code). Please select the ticket type that is applicable to you, and only select one ticket type per order.
If your ticket type has sold out, please add your name to the waitlist. We will let you know closer to the date if capacity will allow for wider participation. Contact [email protected] or (408)678-2900 with any questions.
To maximize the experience and learning, participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions. There will be an opportunity to identify in the registration process if you are only able to attend select sessions.
After successfully registering and closer to the date, you will receive a separate email to confirm your attendance.
