Respite for parents. Grown-up activities for adults with special needs, who will enjoy a night out in the community.
Special needs people and anyone else 🙂 – Join us for a night of friendship, dinner, and outdoor games at historic San Pedro Square!
Dinner will be your choice of
- entree: pizza, burger or chicken tenders
- dessert: ice cream or cookie
- drink: fountain drink or bottled water
Plus we’ll play fun outdoor games (weather permitting) and just enjoy the evening!
Parents:
- You can choose for Special Needs Living to pick up and drop off your loved one, within a 15-mile radius of Santa Clara CA. Approximately 1/2 to 2 hours of transportation time will be added to the event time. For example, the event time at San Pedro Square is 5pm-8pm but with transportation time it would range from 4:45-8:15 to 4:00-9:00, depending on location. This is an additional fee. See “add-ons” for details.
- This event includes 3:1 supervision. If your loved one needs 2:1 or 1:1 supervision, this is available for an additional fee in “add-ons.”
- If your loved one is a regional center client, this event may be reimbursed under social recreation. You may also be reimbursed under out-of-home respite, especially if you are a self-determination client. Please check with your regional center coordinator.
