Don’t miss out on this festive feast that’s bound to sleigh your senses!

Welcome Cocktail – Mixing up the perfect concoction to kick off our dinner feast! Welcome cocktail may not be ready yet, but the anticipation is just part of the fun.

Course-One (Paired with Reposado Tequila Cocktail) – Pozole NavideΓ±o – The traditional Mexican dish that is as comforting as a warm hug from your Abuela. Our version is made with a rich and flavorful broth that will transport you straight to the streets of Mexico. We simmer tender chunks of pork until they’re fall-off-the-bone delicious and add a generous amount of hominy for that classic texture. We kick things up a notch with fiery red chiles that will give your taste buds a real fiesta. And a stack of our house-made tostada chips to complete the experience.

Course-Two (Paired with an Anejo Sippin Tequila Served Neat) – Pork Tamale – Our second course is a prime example of Mexican delicacy and a Christmas staple. Our tamales are filled with succulent pork and wrapped in a delicious corn-based masa. And a mild red salsa draped oh so elegantly on top. All flavors and textures harmoniously dance on your tastebuds.

Course-Three (Paired with a Tequila Cocktail) – Herb Peppercorn Crusted Ribeye Steak – Get ready to sink your teeth into the juiciest, most succulent herb peppercorn ribeye steak, prepared to perfection by our skilled culinary artisans. To accompany this masterpiece, we have a side of candied bacon brussel sprouts and squash. To finish this off we are topping this flavorful creation with a generous dollop of our homemade smoked paprika shallot chive butter, elevating the dish to gourmet levels. (served medium rare or medium well)

Course-Four (Paired with a Dessert Tequila Cocktail) – Deconstructed Blackberry Cobbler – Our chef has painstakingly crafted this dessert course with juicy blackberries, we have concocted a velvety-smooth blackberry sauce that oozes with fruity goodness. The cobbler comes with a playful twist, as we have taken the classic dessert and “unmade” it. Expect to chow down on chunks of buttery, crumbly crust that have been broken apart. Artfully arranged around the dense, dark sauce, the flavors and textures come together in perfect harmony. Then we top this masterpiece with scoop of creamy ice cream.
