Did you know there are only 43 sommeliers who have passed the Master Sommelier exam in California? Domenico Winery is honored to have one of them teaching this class! We welcome Master Sommelier, David Glancy, back again for the second event of our quarterly wine education series.
In this class, you will learn how wine is made, decode wine labels, understand how to taste and talk about wine, plus important grapes and styles, and how to purchase, store, and serve. The tasting of 6 wines will focus on the structure of wine, various styles and main grape varieties.
While this event does not include food, our on-site restaurant, The Osteria, will be open until 6 pm if you’d like to have a meal after the class and discuss what you learned with your date or friends.
All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
