This event is the journey that leads you from your outside world towards your inside, where you rise to connect with the universal energy of spirit and merge into the unity that brings unconditional love and peace into your heart.
* The first two stages help to “melt” the rock of the tension, wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked.
* Then that energy can flow, dance, and be transformed into bliss and joy.
* The third stage enables all this energy to flow vertically, to move upward into silence. It is a highly effective way of unwinding and letting go at the end of the day.
* The last stage is 15 mins of Sound Bath. The most profound aspect of our being is beyond space and time, and yet it gives rise to the manifest the universal domain of spirit in which all distinctions merge into unity or oneness.
An important reminder is to bring the eye blinder (optional), a yoga mat, and a blanket.
